Speaking Engagements

The refund policy for speaking engagements will be provided in pre-contract paperwork.

Private Single Sessions

Single sessions are paid for at the time of booking.

You may cancel and receive a refund up to 24 hours before the session start time.

Please note the refunded amount is full payment minus Stripe’s transaction fee of 2.9% + 30c.

You will be refunded in the same currency that you used for the purchase. Stripe processes refunds within 10 business days but depending on your bank, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your account.

Private & Corporate Coaching Programs

For prepaid coaching programs and session packages, no refunds are issued. Sessions within a pre-paid package must be used within the time frame specified at purchase.
