I provide corporations with one-on-one Wellness coaching and team trainings to help their staff stay mentally, emotionally and physically healthy.
Mission Statement
To coach and train professionals with cutting-edge systemic practices that provide mental, emotional and physical support and enhance performance at work and quality of life.
I work with clients in both private and public sectors in industries including finance, healthcare, marketing, engineering and sustainability.
After my own experience recovering from burnout and coaching other high-achieving professionals who were impacted, I was inspired to create my BeLovingYou® signature program – a targeted Wellness course for prevention and recovery. Science is utilized but the exercises are practical.
A recent study of 10,000 workers showed over 50% of people don’t feel comfortable talking to their manager about burnout. (Asana 2022)
70% had experienced burnout in the last year and 57% were considering quitting to find a role that better supports their wellbeing.
We don’t usually look at reduced performance until it’s significantly diminished, by which time lowered morale or extended absences may already be underway. If there can be pre-emptive action organizationally, we can deal with potential causes and remedy situations early on.

Wellness Coaching
Clients choose the topic for each session, bringing whatever current challenge they want to transform. I am experienced in coaching executives and professionals from various walks of life and different levels within organizations. My work treats the root cause of issues, bringing to light key insights that can be very empowering.

Coaching Delivery & Booking
Coaching sessions are 1 hour and are held over the phone. Once booking is confirmed, clients have access to my online scheduling calendar and can easily book and manage appointments.
Team Trainings – Online & In Person*
Half day and full day team trainings foster connection, often in hybrid work environments, and facilitate soft skill development to enhance performance and wellbeing. At booking, I will ask detailed questions to ascertain what you most want for your employees. You choose the topic(s) from the five training themes below and I tailer the workshop to support your team.

Facilitation Style
Workshops are dynamic, practical and interactive. Clients learn together through engagement. They participate in targeted activities that include partner work, triads and coaching protocols.
The aim is to have fun whilst connecting with colleagues and learning new strategies that enhance individual and team performance.

Participants are invited to bring a private, personal challenge. Through group coaching protocols, it will be confidentially transformed.
Movement & Relaxation
Because so much of our energy gets locked when we sit for long periods, my workshops include easy movement that supports correct structural alignment. Trainings often close with a deeply relaxing guided meditation and sound bath. The recommended dress code is casual.
Evaluation
At the end of each workshop, a reaction evaluation is provided to all participants. In addition, a Level 3 evaluation is sent 6 weeks post program to determine what behaviors have changed. The maximum number of employees is 12.

Lunch & Learn/1 hour Zoom Workshops
This is an opportunity to provide support and training for your staff in a short time frame. The 1-hour workshops are held via Zoom for up to 12 employees. They can be scheduled for any time during the working day. The 1 minute video below can be given to your staff before they sign-up.
Key Outcome: Personal Breakthrough
Participants will experience a powerful group coaching process. They are invited to bring a personal issue to work through, such as a challenge they’re facing in their job. My protocols facilitate the transformation of their individual problem confidentially whilst in the group setting.
They will be able to discharge the emotions surrounding their issue and gain new awareness about it. These protocols improve wellbeing and professional performance. Each participant will leave with a personal Action Step that enhances the learning.
